外交部举办河南全球推介活动

Ministry of Foreign Affairs Holds Event Presenting Henan Province

2018年4月13日，以“新时代的中国：与世界携手让河南出彩”为主题的外交部第十二场省区市全球推介活动在外交部蓝厅举行，国务委员兼外长王毅出席并发表讲话，河南省委书记王国生致辞，省长陈润儿进行推介。外交部副部长乐玉成和150多个国家的驻华使节、国际组织驻华代表及工商界代表、中外专家学者和媒体记者等500余人出席。

On April 13, 2018, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held the 12th promotion event presenting Chinese provinces under the theme of “China in the New Era: Global Partnership, Wonderful Henan” at the Blue Hall of the Ministry. State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi attended the event and delivered a speech. Secretary of Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China Wang Guosheng addressed the event, and Governor of the People’s Government of Henan Province Chen Runer gave the presentation. More than 500 people including Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng, diplomatic envoys in China from over 150 countries, representatives from international organizations in China, delegates from industrial and commercial sectors, Chinese and foreign experts, scholars as well as journalists attended the event.

王毅表示，河南是中国非常重要的一个省份。历史上的河南，是中华文明的重要发源地，汇聚了东西南北的多元文化，形成了和谐共生的优秀传统。习近平主席提出构建人类命运共同体的重要理念，正是根植于这些古老的传承。

Wang Yi said that Henan is a very important province in China. In history, Henan has been the important birthplace of Chinese civilization. The diversified cultures of the Eastern, Western, Southern and Northern China gathered in Henan, forming the fine tradition of harmony and co-existence. It is rooted in these time-honored inheritance that President Xi Jinping put forward the important idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind.

王毅说，新时代的河南，是中国改革开放的成功缩影。近年来，河南依托开放互联，形成了海、陆、空、网“四位一体”的物流通道体系，成为“一带一路”交汇处的重要中转站。河南已经同全球200多个国家和地区建立了贸易联系，127家世界500强企业在河南落户。随着共建“一带一路”的全面推进，河南将同世界越来越紧密地联接，实现更高层次的互利和共赢。

Wang Yi said that Henan in the new era is a successful epitome of China’s reform and opening up. In recent years, relying on opening up and connectivity, Henan has formed a “four-in-one” logistics channel system of sea, land, air, and network, becoming an important transfer station at the junction of the “Belt and Road”. Henan has established trade connections with over 200 countries and regions in the world, and 127 Fortune Global 500 companies have settled down in Henan. With the comprehensive advancement of the joint construction of the “Belt and Road”, Henan will be more closely connected with the world, thus achieving mutual benefit and win-win results at higher levels. 

 

王毅强调，几天前，习近平主席在博鳌亚洲论坛年会上发表主旨演讲，解读了中国发展新时代，提出了共创未来新主张，宣布了扩大开放的新举措，展示了中国改革开放新前景，传递出中国同世界合作共赢的坚定信念。我相信，乘着新一轮改革开放的春风，依托“一带一路”建设，河南将打造全方位的对外开放新格局，为推进中外合作创造更多机遇，带来更多精彩。

Wang Yi stressed that a few days ago, President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2018, during which he interpreted the new era of China’s development, proposed new propositions of creating the future together, announced new measures to expand opening up, and demonstrated the new prospects of China’s reform and opening up, delivering China’s firm belief of win-win cooperation with the world. Wang Yi believed that riding on the spring wind of a new round of reform and opening up and relying on the construction of the “Belt and Road”, Henan will build a new pattern of all-round opening up so as to create more opportunities and bring more highlights for advancing cooperation between China and foreign countries.

王国生表示，河南是中华民族和华夏文明的重要发祥地，有着深厚历史底蕴和文化自信。河南享有优越的区位优势和完备的产业体系，人力资源丰富，发展后劲巨大。我们将以纪念改革开放40周年为契机，全面融入“一带一路”建设，抢抓开放新机遇，增创发展新优势，与世界各国进一步深化产业、经贸、教育、文化、旅游、人才等领域合作，互利共赢，互学互鉴。陈润儿从河南联接世界的三条“丝绸之路”，即分别以中欧班列、郑州—卢森堡航线以及跨境电子商务为主要依托的陆上丝绸之路、空中丝绸之路和网上丝绸之路进行推介，欢迎中外各界人士亲身感受河南的发展活力。

Wang Guosheng said that Henan is an important birthplace of the Chinese nation and civilization, and has profound historical background and cultural confidence. Henan enjoys superior regional advantages, complete industrial systems, abundant human resources and huge potential for development. Taking the 40th anniversary of commemorating reform and opening up as an opportunity, Henan will fully integrate into the construction of the “Belt and Road”, seize new opportunities of opening up, increase and create new advantages for development, and further deepen cooperation in such areas as industry, economy, trade, education, culture, tourism and talents with various countries in the world for mutual benefit and win-win results as well as mutual learning. Chen Runer presented Henan from three “silk roads” linking Henan and the world, namely, the Silk Road, the Air Silk Road and the Online Silk Road which respectively take China-Europe freight train, Zhengzhou-Luxembourg air route and cross-border e-commerce as main support. People from all walks of life at home and abroad are welcome to experience Henan’s development vitality by themselves.

俄罗斯驻华大使杰尼索夫、卢森堡驻华大使俞博生、埃塞俄比亚驻华大使伯哈内、智利驻华大使乔马里先后致辞，积极评价习近平主席在博鳌亚洲论坛年会上发表的重要讲话，高度赞赏习近平主席提出中国进一步扩大对外开放的重大举措，充分肯定本国与河南各领域合作成果，期待与河南在“一带一路”框架下，推进双方友好往来和互利合作再上新台阶。

Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov, Ambassador of Luxembourg to China Marc Hübsch, Ethiopian Ambassador to China Berhane Gebre-Christos and Chilean Ambassador to China Jaime Chomalí Garib delivered speeches successively. They spoke positively of the important speech delivered by President Xi Jinping at BFA Annual Conference 2018, highly appreciated China’s major measures proposed by President Xi Jinping to further expand opening up, fully affirmed the cooperative fruits in various fields between their countries and Henan, and looked forward to working with Henan to promote bilateral friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation to new stages under the “Belt and Road” framework.
