We must regard science and technologyas our primary productive force, talent as our primary resource, and innovation as our primary driver of growth. 3.坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路

National security is the bedrock of national rejuvenation, and social stability is a prerequisite for building a strong and prosperous China.
